ESTATE & ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT, KDA
INTRODUCTION
The Directorate of Estate & Enforcement Department KDA was established in the year of 1991 for retrieval of Government Land and property from Unauthorized Encroaches under removal of Encroachment Act.
Major Function:
Take effective measures for the protection of properties and carryout removal of Encroachment operations in the Schemes Township falling within jurisdiction of defunct KDA KMC.
Achievement:
Comprehensive survey with Engineering and Planning offices pertaining to defunct KDA Schemes / Township have been conducted and major Encroachments Identified and record maintained.
Land acquisition record has been preserved and main Land dispute and Private Parties Enlisted.
