With the Notification of The Karachi Development Authority (Revival and Amending) Bill, 2016, the Karachi Development Authority Order, 1957 stands revived from 11 May, 2016. The all administrative as well as financial matters of all departments/employees of KDA and all notifications received from Government of Sindh is implemented with the approval of the competent authority viz. Director General, KDA

PROJECTS

FUNCTIONS 
1.    The Secretariat was created under KDA Ordinance 1973 and was assigned the 

following functions:- 

i) All administrative as well as financial matters related to all. Employees of all departments of KDA.

 

       ii) To deal all matters of promotions, recruitments & retirement of all KDA employees. 

Adoption/Implementation of all notifications received from Government of Sindh, Karachi in KDA.

Future Plan Description:


Attention of Government of Sindh & the citizens of Karachi is drawn to restoration and development of the infrastructure of the mega city.
