Karachi Development Authority (KDA) successfully conducted an auction of commercial plots located in North Karachi Township and Korangi Township areas on February 3, 2026 to promote investment and strengthen commercial activities in the city. A large number of investors and traders participated in the auction and expressed keen interest in various commercial plots. The concerned officers of KDA were also present on the occasion, who ensured that all the stages of the auction were completed in a transparent and organized manner. It should be noted that the auction will continue on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, in which plots of Surjani Township will be offered for auction.
