Director General Karachi Development Authority Asif Jan Siddiqui inaugurated the digitalized financial system in the Finance and Accounts Department.

Director General Karachi Development Authority Asif Jan Siddiqui inaugurated a computerized software system in the Finance and Accounts Department of KDA in connection with digitalization initiatives and implementation of a modern financial system. Under this modern system, all financial payments and records of the Finance and Accounts Department will be stored on a digital platform, which will ensure transparency, accuracy and speed in financial matters. The computerized software system was completed by the IT Department's Assistant Director IT Arsalan Shariq and his team under the leadership of Member Finance KDA Naveed Anwar Siddiqui, which is a significant step towards promoting modern reforms in the institution. On this occasion, Member Finance KDA Naveed Anwar Siddiqui, Secretary KDA Muhammad Arshad Khan, Director Finance and Accounts Nadeem Shabbir, Accounts Officer Books Nadeem Taj, Accounts Officer Nasir Khan, Check Writer Kamran Maqsood and other officers were also present. On the occasion of the inauguration, Member Finance Naveed Anwar Siddiqui briefed the Director General KDA about the ongoing digitalization initiatives in the Finance and Accounts Department, implementation of modern financial system and institutional reforms. The overall performance of the department, promotion of financial discipline, transparency and measures to improve services through digital systems were also informed. Director General KDA Asif Jan Siddiqui appreciated the performance of the department and directed that financial matters should be made more effective, transparent and faster by further promoting the use of modern technology so that the overall performance of the institution can be further improved. ‎
