ڈائریکٹر جنرل ادارہ ترقیات کراچی ڈاکٹر سید سیف الرحمان کی خصوصی ہدایات پرکے ڈی اے محکمہ انسداد تجاوزات کے ایگزیکٹیو انجینئر زاہد حسین کی سرپرستی میںنارتھ کراچی صنعتی زون سیکٹر D-12 میں ناجائز قابضین کے خلاف کاروائی کی گئی جس میں پختہ تعمیرات کو بھاری مشینری کے ذریعے مسمار کرکے سرکاری اراضی واگزار کروالی گئی۔ اس موقع پر محکمہ انسداد تجاوزات کے عملے کومزاحمت کا سامنا کرنا پڑا مگر اس کے باوجود محکمہ انسداد تجاوزات کے عملے نے کسی دباؤ میں آئے بغیر کاروائی جاری رکھی۔ڈائریکٹر جنرل ڈاکٹر سید سیف الرحمان نے کہا ہے کہ کے ڈی اے اراضی کی ہر صورت میں حفاظت کی جائے گی اور ناجائز قابضین کے خلاف کاروائی بلا امتیاز جاری رہے گی ۔
